1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern the use of the Rastrealo Android app and the official website rastrealo.app. By using the app, browsing the website or using any public feature, you accept these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app or the site. The version published on this website is the current reference.

2. Who offers Rastrealo

Rastrealo is offered by Team Rastrealo. These terms apply to free and Pro use, public help pages and any contact or interaction that depends on the official product.

Rastrealo is a general-audience app and does not set a specific minimum age. Even so, device use and related purchases should be handled responsibly whenever appropriate.

3. License and permitted use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use Rastrealo as an end user only under these terms and within the functions legitimately offered by the product.

You may use Rastrealo to follow visible changes on web pages, organize your trackers and review histories and alerts from your device, as long as you respect third-party rules and any applicable law.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use Rastrealo for illegal activity, to intentionally harm third-party services, to harass others, to collect personal information without permission, to bypass technical protections on a website or to infringe the rights of other people or entities.

You also must not copy, resell, redistribute or present Rastrealo as if it were your own software or brand unless Team Rastrealo expressly authorizes that in writing.

5. Third-party websites and user responsibility

Rastrealo observes visible changes on third-party websites. That means a meaningful part of the experience depends on how those pages load, change and expose their information.

You are responsible for reviewing and respecting the terms, policies and limitations of the websites you choose to visit or follow with the app. Team Rastrealo does not control those websites and is not responsible for their content, blocks, changes or commercial decisions.

6. Availability, limitations and accuracy

Rastrealo works with visible text and number values and may keep technical context to try to find the same value again in future checks. Even so, we do not guarantee that every page will always keep the same structure or that the same tracker will continue working if a site changes too much.

We also do not guarantee that every check, alert, history entry or summary will be perfect, continuous, immediate or error-free. The service is provided subject to availability, and your use of it is at your own judgment and risk.

7. Pro plans, billing, cancellation and refunds

Rastrealo offers free features and Pro features. Purchases, renewals, cancellations and subscription management are handled through Google Play Store and the commercial systems connected to it.

Any refund is governed by Google Play Store policies, processes and decisions. Team Rastrealo does not publish a separate refund policy here and does not promise to resolve store-dependent issues outside those channels.

8. Intellectual property

The Rastrealo brand, website, product design, original content and related software belong to Team Rastrealo or their respective owners.

These terms do not transfer ownership of the app, the website or any brand element to you. They only authorize you to use the product as described here.

9. Termination or suspension

We may limit, suspend or terminate access to parts of the service or the site if we detect clearly abusive, illegal or non-compliant use.

You may also stop using Rastrealo at any time. If you uninstall the app without exporting or backing up your data, some local information may be lost.

10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Rastrealo is provided as is and as available. Team Rastrealo does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, fully accurate, always compatible with every page or free of faults at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, Team Rastrealo is not responsible for purchasing, selling, monitoring or other decisions you make based on information obtained through the app, nor for changes on third-party websites, Android system restrictions, external outages, third-party commercial errors or indirect losses related to use of the product.

11. Partial validity and continued effect

If any part of these terms is found invalid, unenforceable or not executable, the rest will remain in effect to the fullest extent possible.

Sections that by their nature should continue after the relationship ends, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and use restrictions, will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the app, the website or the way we offer features and plans changes.
